Easy job! Here’s what you do:

1. Become a backer of this project. At the top of the page click the green “Back This Project” button. If you’re already a backer, click “Manage My Pledge.”

2. Add the amount that corresponds to the style that you would like: Fold : $89, Switch : $99, and Switch : $79 . Then save your pledge. Note that you can order multiple items by doubling/tripling/etc. the amount you increase your pledge by.

3. You’re done for now. When we send out our fulfillment survey (Late April) you will be told how much “credit” you have from your Kickstarter pledge. The credit will correspond to the amount of extra money you added to your pledge. You will then use that credit to add NIID Bags, or any other add-on products to your order.

How to add items to your reward:

1. If you’ve already pledged to this project, click the “Manage My Pledge” button at the top of the page. If not, click “Back this project” and pick one of the rewards. Every backer can pick one and only one reward level.

2. Look at the Add-On Menu in the project description above. Find the item(s) you want to add. Increase your reward by the corresponding dollar amount.

3. That’s it, you’re done for now. No need to do anything else until our funding period ends on April 13th.

In the weeks following April. 13th we will send every backer a survey. In that survey you will tell us which specific items you want to add on to your reward. And you will give us your shipping details at that time.

We have every intention of shipping all rewards so that they arrive to your doorstep before June. That is a conservative estimate, with a good amount of padding in our schedule for unforeseen circumstances. We hope to start shipping out rewards sooner than May, but we cannot guarantee it.

We often get asked if we can expedite the shipping of rewards to individual backers in special circumstances. The short answer to that one is that we unfortunately can’t do that. If it helps, just know that after our funding period ends our team’s absolute #1 priority will be getting our backers’ rewards fulfilled as fast as possible.

For the duration of our funding period we will be putting final tweaks on our manufacturing, assembly and QA processes. Once those things are set, we’ll begin making production runs of our new products. When those new products are ready, they’ll be sent to our 3 fulfillment warehouses. And when all products are in the warehouse, we’ll begin fulfilling.

Depending on the number of backers, fulfillment could take a couple weeks to a couple months. No matter what, we will keep all of our backers completely up-to-date on our progress, just like we’ve done in the past.

Colors add a lot of stress to our supply chain, stress that will affect our ability to manufacture and ship these bags in a timely manner to everyone. Rather than releasing bags in a bunch of other color schemes, we’d rather focus on the mass production.
