The World's First Convertible and Customizable Carry Bags

Hello Kickstarter backers,  

It's a new week, and we are writing with some good news! We are working hard on the May shipments. For May backers, your bags will be sent out at the end of May. You should receive them soon after. For June backers, we’ve expedited your delivery. So, you will receive your bags (estimated) by early-July. But, this is not a promise.  

If you completed your survey, pre-orders, and add-on items on BackerKit, this means your order will be locked down soon. It also means that we can’t provide any refunds or make changes or additions to your order. We really want to proceed and uphold delivery times. The bags will be sent to our carrier’s warehouse soon and since arrival have been affixed with the shipping label. Therefore, the shipment fee has been processed on our end. So, if you’ve completed your surveys and now want a refund, this is just something we cannot provide. We appreciate your understanding in this.  

There are still 168 backers that haven’t completed their surveys! We really want you guys to get your backpacks, but can't send them without your address! If you are one of the 168 who has not completed the survey, please do so ASAP.

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

Our campaign broke $150,000! Holy wow! We never thought that the NIID x URBANATURE would be supported by so many people. This journey has not only given us a lot of valuable experience but also more confidence and courage to launch our products on the market. We, the NIID Team, would like to thank you again. Thank you, thank you, thank you! What follows are the next steps for the NIID...as well as some inside information about where things stand.  

1. BEGIN PRODUCTION   

The end of the campaign is just the beginning. In order to deliver the URBANATURE bags in time to all backers, we have ordered enough raw materials to produce 4,000 backpacks so that we could begin mass production immediately. Everything is going along swimmingly.  

2. ESTIMATED DATE OF SHIPPING   

We are currently in contact with some logistics companies to double back on our promise to ensure that our backers will receive the URBANATURE bags on time – by the end of May and the end of June. This has been our promise all along and we intend to keep it.  

3.Lucky Draw  

A big congratulations to Hirohisa Kawakita, David Chen & Bajarne Kristian, the winner of our last Lucky Draw!
