Dear backers,
We’re sorry for the late update. Up to now, 95% of parcels have been shipped out already, and the tracking number will be generated in these two days.
Two reasons why some of your shipping statuses have stated “Proceeding” for a month:
1. The tracking number is untraceable due to such service is not supported by the post office system in your region.
2. Your parcel has not yet been shipped out due to certain reasons. Yet, we will keep updating the tracking number for you once it’s generated.
Some may find that the shipping status is stagnating or the tracking number is not available in the SF Express system. The cause of that is the strong built-in magnet resulted in the return of backpacks. We want to express our sincerely apologize in regard to the delay and thank you so much for your patience and support all the time.
The SF Express company has promised that they will arrange the shipment this week, which means if everything goes its way, you may expect to receive it within a week!
We’ve been working on the mass-production and shipment arrangement all this time, so we may not able to get back to you quickly, but we will do our best to review every each of your questions and feedback so as to inform you the delivery status of the rewards and give suggestions. In order to not missing your questions please send the direct message to us if you need the answer in a hurry. Each and every one of you will receive the reward with delight soon, we promise!

Hey, backers.
We hope you guys have a great weekend, the first batch of May backers has been sent out on May 22, and the second batch of May backers will be sent out next week, for you better understand we post a photo below to address the specific timeline, you can find out the May & June backers’ fulfillment timeline. After we send out the rewards you should receive the tracking number within a week.
As we mentioned, the bags are all by hand-made, so there's a little bit delay due to the complicated craft, we're really sorry about the delay, this is the first time our team trying to manufacture something totally hand-made, we did learn a lot from that part.
